Our last post gave a look at our trip to Baja California's Valle de Guadalupe and we're not done raving about it yet (just ask our friends)!! Mexico's wine country left us mesmerized and we couldn't help but create this Baja-inspired dining room moodboard of our own. From its seaside towns to its valley vineyards, Baja is known for it's fresh, colorful cuisine. Fish tacos, lobster, ceviche, veggies and local wines and cheeses make the emerging farm-to-table dining experience one to keep you wanting more! In addition to the delicious food, we fell hard for Baja's laid-back, rustic charm. Rusty desert tones, wrought iron accents and beautifully aged textiles create stylish spaces that feel comfortable and inviting, much like Baja itself!
